Who is the portal for?

The portal is for Anfra Oy's framework agreement partners — construction companies that build shelters as part of their projects. Credentials are provided by the Anfra VSS team.

How is the price calculated?

The price consists of per-m² pricing for walls, vault and floor plus per-unit prices for cast parts (doors, hatches, HVAC package). The zone determined by the postal code affects pricing.

What are the pricing zones?

Finland is divided into five zones based on distance and logistics costs. The same shelter costs slightly differently in, e.g., Uusimaa versus Lapland.

Is the offer binding?

Yes — the portal price is a binding offer for framework agreement customers. Offers are valid for 30 days from the date of generation.

How do I order a shelter?

Enter the dimensions and location, save the calculation, and click 'Create order'. The order is registered in the portal and the Anfra sales team will confirm it.

Can I upload my own drawings?

Yes. The order page has a drawing upload for PDF, DWG or image files (max 50 MB) sent to the designer of your choice.

What floor options are available?

You can choose from ground-supported 150 mm slab, 150 pile slab (smoothed or ribbed), and RC slab 150/300 (smoothed or ribbed). The default is the ground-supported 150 mm slab.

What if the shelter is over 90 m²?

Protected areas over 90 m² are automatically split in two by a reinforced concrete partition wall. The pricing accounts for this.
